Will H1B non-cap get 6 years to stay again?
Hello,
I've been in US for 3.5 years and came back to India in March 2018 while I have my I797 approved till Sep 2020. If I apply through H1-B non-cap, will I still have 6 more years to stay or will I get to stay only for 2.5 years given that I've already used 3.5 years earlier?
