I am filling DS160 for visa stamping and confused due to my unique situation:
- I joined a new employer on 14th October 2019 and my new employer filed a petition for me for transfer
- However petition was denied on 20th November 2019 so I stopped working immediately
- Then my employer filed a new petition for me and it got approved in the first week of January 2020 so I resumed work
So my question is when I fill employment history in DS160 which of the below option should I opt for:
1. Mention current employer with start date when my visa was approved and add another entry for the same employer with start as 14th October 2019 as mentioned above and end date as visa denial date
2. Or just add 1 entry for the current employer having start date as 14th October (with this I am confused as it shows that I worked for the period my petition was denied which was not the case)
3. Any other option???
