Hi, I am on H4 and my spouse is working for employer A on H1. I am also working on H4 EAD and my EAD, H4 and spouse's H1 is expiring in August 2020. Now, my spouse has offers from Employer B and Employer C. Employer B has filed for H1 and H4 transfer and it is currently under process. I am now planning to file H4 EAD based on the pending H1 through Employer B. Employer A and Employer C may also file H1 and H4 anytime soon.
So, my question is, if I file H4 EAD based on pending H1 with Employer B this week and if this H1 transfer is denied for any reason, then do I have to send another H4 EAD application when Employer A or C files for extension/transfer later or the current H4 EAD application will be used by USCIS? The reason I am asking this question is because I see a field in the I-765 application form which has the pending H1 application receipt number through Employer B. I am sorry if this is not clear or is confusing.
