DS 160 for H4 (H1b changed job , but H4 not yet updated)

Hello Everyone,

I need some help for filling DS 160 for my spouse (H4).

I (H1b) and my spouse (H4) got I-797 receipt numbers 1 year back.
Recently I moved to a new job, applied for H1b and got a new receipt number. My spouse's H4 is not re-applied for.

Now, we are going for visa stamping in India. While filling my spouse's DS160 , what will be principal applicant receipt number.

Is it

1. My old H1b receipt number ?
2. or my new H1b receipt number

Please let me know what to use and as well as why
