Visiting India if H1b visa is expiring in 5 months
Hello Experts, (need help)
My H1b visa is expiring on Sep 20, and my employer will file extension on Jun 20
My Questions are:-
1) Can I travel to India between 1 Mar- 31 Mar (when I will return my visa will expire in 5 months [sep20] and passport will expire in Oct20 [more than 6 months])
2) Can my wife and kid(currently on H4) return in May 20 (they will have 3 more months left on H4)
I know most of the forum says there is no issue with the above travel plan, but few of my friends are suggesting it can be risky with Extension or at POE
Please help?
