In previous years, petitions would be submitted somewhere around April 1 and anyone who graduated before then would be eligible for Advanced Degree Cap.
This year, there is a 'pre-screen' phase which goes from March 1 - March 20 and only the selected candidates will actually file Petitions after April. In this case, is someone graduating on 12 March eligible for the Advanced Degree Cap?
I.e. For the initial registration can the company put you in the Masters category if you're graduating early March (during/after the registration phase) but before the actual filing on the 1st of April?
