H1 B visa approved and COS denied
Hello All,
Good Morning!
I got my H1 approved from Feb 3 2020 to April 5 2020 and cos denied, I have my opt valid till sep 2020 but because of the H1 approval my sevis got auto completed and f1 got terminated.
So now can i work on my F1 opt as it till sep 2020 and apply for extension?
or do i need to go to india for stamping immediately and get stamped?
or can i apply for extension and wait until i get the result and then go for stamping ?
