Hi,
We need to apply for H1B, H4 and H4 EAD extension as everything expires in the first week of September. Our employer suggested not to do premium processing of H1B due to larger chances of RFE'S and denials in premium. Is that a true statement? Also, whether we do the H1B in normal or premium processing, will it impact the H4 and H4 EAD timelines? Will H4 and H4 EAD be approved only after H1 is approved (in that case we were thinking premium processing of h1 could be a good option). Please advise, thanks in advance.
