Hello,
I am on H1 visa and max outs on 11/14/2020.
1. I got a call from a consultancy for a job opportunity and they agreed to sponsor my GC. Also they will transfer my H1 and file PERM application after 3 months of billing (June 1st week 2020). Will there be enough time to get my PERM approved and apply for I-140 in premium?
2. If my PERM is filed and in progress, how long can i stay in US after my H1 max out date.
Please advise.
