Date for second round of H1

Hi,

When is the actual cap counted for this fiscal year??

My current employer has filed a h1b petition this year. I would like to join another company by the end of June. What happens if my next employer issues another H1b for me?? Will all the petitions in my name be canceled?? or will they be processed individually??..If duplicate petitions are possible, when is a good time to file my 2nd H1 petition this year?? Thanks.

Any number of employers can file for H1. No issues. You can join any employer after approval.
