H4 visa Stamping, H1 Stamp from Prev employer

Hi,
I am in US I just got my H1 Extension approval. My wife is in India, she will go for fresh H4 stamping.

I am just worried if i need to have visa stamped in passport from new employer ?
I have to send copy of all pages of my passport, but i have visa stamped from my previous employer in my passport ,I just got H1 transfer & didn't go for stamping yet.

Please suggest. Also how can i get LCA is it required for H4 i/w ?

Your visa has nothing to do with your wife's H4 stamping. What is important is your extended H1B petition. She will need to carry the original petition.

LCA should be filed by your employer. Are you working without an LCA? You need a valid LCA approved for you to work.

Your LCA has nothing to do with the H4 stamping. Follow the below checklist for H4 stamping.
