| Hello, I need help on deciding either Canada or India for H1B stamping. I entered into USA an L1 visa and then transferred to H1B. Since last 7+ years, I never went to out of country. This is my first time H1B stamping. My question, Is it safe to go Canada for first time H1B stamping?. I heard from someone that first time H1B stamping should be always from home country (India). Please let me know, going to Canada safe or any risks. All my education was in India and I am having 7+ years USA working experience. Thank you in advance Ram |
