Travelling to India...need info asap

Hi,

I had my H1 approval from 2 companies...I got stamped from company A.. but i choose to work to another company B.
I travelled to US and working for company B.
Now Another company C has offered me a position and wants me to do a H1 Transfer.

But before h1 Transfer, i wud want to visit India for 2 weeks and come back and then apply for H1 transfer.

My passport has Company A valid visa till 2011 where I dont work, i have I-797 h1 petition approval valid till 2011 and other h1 documents, paystub from the company B where I work currently...

1. Would there be any problem for me Travelling to India and coming back....
2. My Company B is Boston, MA. i plan to land in New Jersey to attend my friend's wedding at the weekend and then head back to MA.. wud that be a issue?

please let me know.. need a response asap...

>>> Advisable to land at the port (or the one close to that) where you are authorized to work considering the previous issues that happened at Newark international airport.

If you had to land in New Jersey, then I would advise you to carry the marriage invitation to prove your why you choose Newark as your POE.
