H1B CEAC Status as Refused after 221g Blue Slip

Hi Forum Members,

I went to India for my H1B Stamping and was eligible for dropbox. Below are events,

21 Jan 2020: Dropbox at Delhi
29 Jan 2020: Passport Received with Slip to appear for interview.
30 Jan 2020: Interviewed and issued a 221g Blue Slip.
31 Jan 2020: Submitted all the asked documents (Petition Docs, Past Experience)
3 Mar 2020: Status on CEAC changed from Admin Processing to Refused.

Can someone share their experience or insights on what are the next steps. Does this mean, i am done with this H1b and nothing good is going to happen ?
