H1B transfer before Oct 1,2010

Hi All,

I've a quick question for everyone. Please let me know your thoughts if you're aware of it.

I'm currently on L1B with my company and its valid for next 3 years or so.
I recently got my new H1B approved with same company.

Q.1. Is it possible to jump to any other company before Oct 1,2010
Q.2. Is it feasible to transfer my H1 to another company before Oct 1,2008 and start working.
Q.3. Is it required to submit Pay Stubs with H1B visa for old company when H1B transfer is being done or we can still use the existing pay stubs with L1B status.

>>> Impossible, unless you have a time machine as we are already in 2010 now.

>>> H1B payslips are required now for an H1B transfer as your status hasn't changed to H1B yet. L1B payslips are enough to prove that you are maintaining your valid L1B status.
