Hi All,
My wife is currently on H4 Status with EAD to work until Mar 2022. Last June 2019 I had received a new job opportunity and applied for H1 Transfer and H4 for my wife later I decided not to join the company due to some reasons. Meanwhile, My H1B transfer was approved and My wife was asked to appear for the BioMetric process since We didn't plan to join the new company we continue with the same company and status what we have.
Last week we received an mail from USCIS that my wife's H4 application was abandoned because she didn't appear for the BioMetric. My wife's worried that is there any issues/problems for current status which is valid until Mar 2022 due to this abandonment. Please advise.
