Hi,
I have my visa till August 2005 but I need to get the stamping in my passport as mine has expired by Sep 2004. My sixth year gets completed by 2006 Aug so I have to send for extension probably in June/July.
I'm not planning to goto India right now. My question is can I stay in USA without stamping in passport even after a year of expiration?
I would really appreciate if someone could help me.
Note: I sent my visa revalidation before July 16th 2004 and it was returned back without stamping stating that "Application is not clearly approvable at this time. You require a personal interview with a Consular Office"
