Filing H4 EAD after a week of applying COS (H1 to H4)

I have already filed COS (H1 to H4) effective date 03/21/2020, I am planning ti file H4EAD also now as my husband got I140 approved.
My question is as my H4 is still in pending decision, to file EAD , can I just attach the receipt of H4 or Do i have to wait for H4 decision then I can only file EAD?

We never did concurrent filing as my husband's I140 was still pending and it just got approved after 2 days of filing H4 COS.

Please suggest here how should I file my H4 EAD now?
