Help on H4 to H1B status after divorce with I140 approved

Hi,

I am currently in India and my spouse is in US. We got divorced. I have a valid H4 status till end of this year with my spouse h1b but it is not stamped on my passport. Before H4 I had H1b status with I140 approved. I have 2 questions.

I want to know is it possible to get h4 stamp on my passport now?

Is it possible to get H1B status back? (new h1b application with cap exempt based on approved I140)

I want to know is it possible to get h4 stamp on my passport now? No. Technically, if your divorced and the marriage is dissolved, you cannot apply for H4 through your Ex.

Is it possible to get H1B status back? (new h1b application with cap exempt based on approved I140). Yes you can get H1B status back as long as you have an offer from a company and they are ready to file a petition for Non Immigrant visa.
