Hi All, I am presently on L1B Visa which is going to expire on the 29th of May. I have approved H1B with consular processing and I had scheduled my interview for H1B/H4 stamping in March which I see is now cancelled with the COVID-19 outbreak. I have rescheduled my VAC/Visa interview in April. I understand that I need to get my stamping done before my current L1B expires.Looking at the present situation if suppose the interview in April is also postponed just wanted to check what options do I have with me. Additionally I have the below query
1. Can I apply for COS now, as my approved H1B is on consular processing.
2. Is there any grace period granted on L1B, will there be any adjustments for days I have been out of US, will number of days outside US in general is adjusted with the L1B expiry date or I will be out of status after my L1B expiry date.
