Hi All,
My H1B got approved in 2014 and I have been in US for 3 years and came back to India in October 2017, i had valid petition until July 2018 and my petition is expired, what will happen to my H1 if I change my employer ? it will still be valid until 2020 Sep right which is the completion of 6 years validity of my petition and my new employer can file a cap exempt based on that right ? please assist.
