H1B Transfer Premium Processing

Hi all,
I am currently working with Employer 1 on H1-B visa. Recently I got job offer from Employer 2 . The attorney submitted the extension+transfer in premium processing. As per the status update of the Fedex tracking number provided by attorney, the package was delivered to the destination (USCIS office I believe) on 03/19 10 AM .

Do you think my case will be considered as a request before 03/20 ?

Hi,
Yes. Petition date and notice date will be the date USCIS receives the petition. Since yours is premium, you can see the petition delivered date as notice date.
Please share your thought, if you have different result other than I mentioned.
