Hi,
I am on H1B Visa and my wife is on F1 (She came to US on F1 visa and then we got married). She is planning to take a break from college for a session but F1 status wont allow for any break. I want her to change her status to H4.
1. Is it possible to get it transferred to H4 from F1, without going back to India?
2. In future, if I loose my status as H1B, will her status go back to F1 (Provided that she joins college again)?
Any advice would be of great help.
