My H1 ext was received by USCIS on Nov 19 2019.
Currently Lincoln, NE is processing Nov 21 2019.
Since I did not receive an update from USCIS besides the "You case was received" updated on the site
My employer made on Outside of time request with USCIS as it is called out in the USCIS site
The response we received is
"Your case is currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter."
Am trying to understand What does it mean when the status is is as above
Pls help me with your possible experiences
