H1B dropbox at Chennai Consulate

Hi,

I submitted my passports for H1B extension dropbox at the Chennai VAC on 18th March. On checking passport status, it says Passport @ Consulate. While checking the CEAC status with DS160, it says "NO STATUS". Not sure if my case will be processed or not. Does anyone know what "NO STATUS" means? Usually it says case accepted.

Hello,

I think it must show administration processing. I had an appointment on 19th March and I submitted all the documents. On 24th the status changed from administration processing to "issued". After that all the offices are closed. Still waiting for my passport. Good luck

I am also in same situation, I have dropped my passport on 19th Mar at Bangalore VAC for stamping, But still yet to receive my stamped passport.
