Hi,

I am working in US through H1. my husband wants to come through h4 with my 2 yrs daughter. We got interview date by 1st june. but the problem is in my daughters passport my name printed with my husbands surname not with the surname which is in my passport. because in her DOB certificate the doctors they wrote my name with my In-Laws surname. what we have to do now. Is there any problem if it is like that. Please send me reply ASAP.
My name is Sirisha Sikhakolli
My Husband name is Pratap kumar Kollisetty
So in her DOB and passport my name spelled as sirisha Kollisetty

Please suggest me what to do now ASAP.

Should not be a problem as it matches with your husband's surname. Ask you husband to carry your marriage certificate and the birth certificate of the child.
