Urgent Help to Fill DS 160 Form

Hi All,

My scenario:- Came on F1 visa in August 2005 and on H1 since Oct 2008, changed employer in Nov 2008 and going for visa stamping from F1 to H1 in Mumbai Consulate in June 2010.

I wanted to know what to fill in this

1. Are you applying for same type of Visa?

Should I write yes or no

2. In Work/Education/Training Section

-> I am just getting Present Work/Education/Training Section
-> It does not show Past Work/Education/Training Section or Additional Work/Education/Training Section.

I have tried to fill my application for 2 times. But both times it is showing only Present Work/Education/Training Section

What should I do, am I choosing wrong feilds?

Cannot see previous/additional Work/Education/Training Information

I am not able to see the Previous Work/Education/Training Information and Additional Wok/Education/Training Information. I just see the Presesent Work/Education/Training Information.

Can you please help me!!!!!!

Fill out the "Present Work/Education/Training Information" section and click the "Next" button. You will see the "Previous Work/Education/Training Information" section.
