H-1B transfer query

I want to know following
1.> How is the trend on H-1B transfer...what is the rejection and acceptance ratio? i understand its not an objective answer i m just looking out for word of mouth
2.> Does H-1B transfer cost get reimbursed if H-1b visa transfer case is rejected ?

VISA FEES/USCIS APPLICATION FEES/TRAINING FEES for New H1/H1 Renewal/H1 transfer - NOTHING is reimbursed/refunded even if it is DENIED/REJECTED/DELAYED

Hey thanks mate .... can i get the official information about the transfer cost and all the relevant information about the transfers from outside USA. Pardon me if its straight and i should have obviously found it some where ... i am looking out for it ... if any one can help.. To clarify more what i m looking at is
what are the documents required for H-1B transfer, since i have not been to US post visa stamping.

Also has any one been part of SRM technologies Inc...?
