i am independently (without an attorney) applying for my H4 EAD extension, what documentation do I need?
We live in Ohio. Which USCIS service center do I mail my documentation to?

Thank you for sharing these links. Looks like a pretty exhaustive post. Has anyone checked this? I'm also from Ohio and just calling the nearest service centers didn't help me in any way. I tried to collect all the documentation here https://clickhelp.com/online-softwar...entation-tool/ and if someone with a similar problem also does not know what to do or has a lack of useful information, then I will be able to share with you access to all these documents. It's cool when it's all in one place and if you have any questions you can just find it by keywords. There is quite a bit of useful information on this topic right now, so I hope this will help you.

in order to file H4 EAD Ext, you will need below mentioned documents.
1. H4 Approval notice or H4 visa stamped documents.
2. Current H4 EAD card copy
3. I-94 document
4. Passport copy
5. I-140 Approval notice copy
6. Marriage certificate copy
7. H1B Approval notice copy- recent most
8. H1B holder passport copy
9. H1B holder I-94 copy
10. H1B Holder recent most paystubs
11. Applicant paystubs- if working at present under H4 EAD.
12. 2 color photos
13. Form I-765
14. Form G-1145
15. Filing fees check
