Need to apply H4 EAD. My Husband's working on H1B and got his I-140 approved in July 2019 with one of his previous employer. The current employer has not yet started a new GC process. Please let me know If I can apply for H4-EAD. I have got my latest H4 approval till 03/2023. Please share the details of the required documents and fee required for H4-EAD application.
Is there a way I can submit it online. Can it be submitted to the USCIS Nebraska office?

Hi,
If your spouse has I-140 Approved and it was not withdrawn within 180 days of filing then you can utilize the same I-140 for obtaining H4 EAD.

Here is the documents needed for H4 EAD petition filing.

• Application Fee check.($410)
• Completed form G-1145
• Completed form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
• copy of H4 Approval notice
• Copy of current H4-EAD card ( If you have applied previously)
• Copy of Marriage Certificate
• Copy of H4 Applicant passport ( Front, Back and my VISA page )
• Copy of H4 Applicant I-94
• I-797A your Spouse approved form (H1)-Most recent Approved notice
• I-797 your Spouse approved I 140
• Copy of H1B holder passport
• Copy of H1B holder I-94
• Copy of H1B holder Most recent Paystubs
• 2 Color photos
