I have submitted documents for H1B Extension. I have submitted the Client Letter and End client letter has date as one more day more than Petition end date. Please let me know if it is of any issue.

You meant to say, your H1B Expiry end date? If so, that will not be a problem.
Please let me know, did you get your H1B Ext approval? did you meet any complication on the petition?
