H1b Lottry selected but employer is not ready to file H1b Application

My H1b Lottery is selected in March 2020 lottery however my employer is not ready to file H1b application.

What are the options I have? Can other employer can file application with this lottery?

Unfortunately no.. You can not transfer H1B selection confirmation to another Employer.
