PERM will be filed 2 months before H1 maxed out
My company is going to file my PERM in Oct-Nov 2020 however H1 max out is on 12/30/2020. If I travel back to my home country in December and PERM is approved after that, Can I-140 be filed form outside US and on approval, possible to apply 7th year extension?
