Hi All,
I have been to US on H1-B until March first week from a reputed company(like TCS/Wipro) and then I went to India for a vacation. I still have valid visa for 2 more years but I don't have a project in US from that company though I am still working for that company in India
Now can I apply for H1 B visa transfer from India itself (but I have my US pay stubs only until March 1st week).
