How to get H1?

Hello,

I am Siva Krishna Kalagarla. I have 4 years of J2EE experience with SCWCD certification. Currently am working in Hyderabad.

I'm interested to go to US on H1. Will I get a job if I go there? Whom should I approach for this? Is this good time to go to US?

Can someone please suggest me the best approach to get H1, also some good consultancy names.
