    Visiting Inida with 6 months valid H1 visa??

    I need to visit India, and my H1 visa has only 6 months validaty (I need to apply for renewal once it is expired). Will there be any problem at the port of entry in US or port of exit in India because of short visa validity period.

      Is there any minimum period? like 4 months, 3 months.

        No. You can enter US until last day of visa expiry date.
        That's what expiry date is supposed to be, isn't it?
