H1 B transfer -Very Urgent, please help
Hi,
I have H1B visa from a reputed company A and it has expired in Sep-2009(first term) and my current company A didn't renew that in Sep-2009 due to non-availability of projects. But now I'm getting an offer from a company B and they are saying they can able to active and then transfer my Visa as I have utilized only 2 years of which and the remaining whole time I was in India.
I just want to know, Is my case is possible for Transfer?
and If it's how possible is there any risk involved?
