H1 Extension Visa stamping

Hi,

I got the H1b Extension approved for 3 years until Aug 2013. My Current Visa Ending on Sep 2010.

a) When i have to go for Visa Stamping?
b) I may be going to india next year april for vacation. Can i do the Visa Stamping at that time.
c) Is there a specific period in which we have to do the stamping?

>>> Visa is just an entry document. It is required only if you leave the country and want to re-enter back. As long as the I-94 is valid, you can stay in the country. If you go out of U.S after your current visa expiry, then you need to get the visa stamped again to re-enter.

Thanks for your immediate reply. My Curernt I-94 ending Aug 2010. In the new approval notice there is one I-94 which utill aug 2013.

Is the new I-797's I-94 enough to stay here in USA?
Is there be any problem if go to another state with in usa for vacation?

>>> No issue. You will need the visa stamping only when you leave the country (where you need to surrender all your I-94's to the airport officials).
