H1b Visa Port of Entry

Hi all,

I have a valid H1b visa stamp in my passport till September 2010. I went to India in Feb 2010 and want to return back on my current H1b visa. My 3 yrs will be done in Sept 2010 as well and have to apply new H1b this Oct 2010.
My question is will there be any problem at the Port of entry if I come to US in July 1st week?
I heard there is a 5 yr bar from re-entry if I am rejected at Port of Entry.

>>> As long as the visa remain valid and you still have the job (and documents that supports that), then you can re-enter.
