Status change to H4

Hi,

I am on H1 visa. I recently married an Australian citizen in India, and now we are both in USA.

I am on H1 visa, while she is a tourist from Australia and doesnt need a visa.

I wish to get her on H4 visa , dependent on my H1.

what is the process ?

Can I get it dont within the USA , or it has to be done in India ?

Any suggestions / comments to handle this case shall be higly appreciated.
