Are VAC centers allowing to schedule for stamping now

Hi,
I am on H4 visa and visited India before lockdown. I had submitted DS-160 form and waiting to book appointment for stamping in VAC hyderabad.
Recently I see dates are available in first week of Oct 2020 but not sure if they have officially started to accept appointments.
Can someone please let me know if I can go ahead and book appointment or Is there a chance dates get moved to earlier dates than october?
