I-140 approved question

HI,

My I-140 has been approved. I have a H1-B that I have been renewing each year (since we have already past the 6 year renewal allowance),
Now that my I-140 has been approved, do I still need to keep renewing my H1-b each year or is there a way to have it renewed for more time?
My priority date is Dec 2008.
