  • Steps after H1B application revoked by employer

My H1B is filed by an employer A last year (april, 2019), got picked in the lottery and after getting the petition approved (December, 2019) - but I did not join the Employer A. I have the approved petition with me which was approved in December, 2019.

I never worked with Employer A. If company A has revoked my petition, how can I use this petition to get on H1B for another employer B?

Even though Employer A has revoked the petition, you can file another "Cap Exempt" petition with Employer B, so that you do not have to go through the lottery again

When an employer requests USCIS to "revoke" it only means that they want to no longer be responsible for you as an Employer"
The beneficiary, can however, find another job and transfer the H1
