H4 EAD Current Status Question

Greetings:

I am working on H-4 EAD (I-765) application and need suggestions with question 25 "Current Immigration Status"

I had to quit my job & as a result my H-1B visa is withdrawn. I have filed for H-4 Visa, but it is not approved yet.

Should I be using H-1B or H-4 on my current status or I can even put "H-4 Pending"

Any recommendation greatly appreciated!

In first line, you are saying that you are working on H4 EAD. In second line, you are saying your H1b visa is withdrawn. Can you put these events in chronological order?

Some more details in order here.

- My H-4 and H-4 EAD last was approved in Dec 2017valid until Dec 2020
- My employer filed for my H-1B in April 2018 and I got approval in Oct 2018
- I had to quit job in April 2020, so I applied H-4 based on my spouse' current H-1B. I applied for H-4 in March, but status is still pending.
- My H-1B was withdrawn in June 2020
- My spouse ' current H-1B is expiring Dec 2020, so here I come working again on my new H-4 and H-4 EAD applications to align with my spouse ' new H-1B.

I hope this dothi't complicate it further.
