Regarding my H1B transfer

Hello there

This is regarding my H1B visa i got my visa 2 years ago but some reasons i cannot able to travel. I want to know there is any chance i can transfer to another employer. I do not have any contacts with the current employer.

Looking for a way out to fly UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
My current visa will expire in september 2010...
