    H1 b visa renewal

    Hi All,
    I want to know the effect of President Donald Trump's executive order banning immigration. I have two questions 1)My wife's H1B visa is under renewal we submitted the application on 11-07-2019, and we got RFE letter on 01-25-2020 we replied for the RFE on 03-25-2020 and it is received on 03-26-2020. Now the status is " Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received". Will the recent Executive order will affect my visa renewal. She is now in the USA.2) Her employer is going to start the processing of her green card. What is the effect of the ban on the processing of green card application?

    No affect to the applications filed before this EO.

      EO only affects those applicants applying for a new H1 and are currently outside the US.
      No impact if you are in the US or already have a visa (and need renewal)
