EO--> Travel to India and come back with H1 Visa Stamped

hi all,
I have Valid H1 visa stamped on passport. I am planning to travel to India due to family emergency. After H1B EO by US Govt, how this will affect person traveling back to US with valid Visa stamped? Any insights? Thanks

While it doesn't affect you, a second wave of COVID is starting to rise, and US government may decide to close border to international flights from Asian countries. So, I would suggest not to travel, unless it is an absolute emergency.
