H1B Stamping for new employer neand H4 stamp of old emplyer

Hi Guys,

Due to medilcal urgency as my father-in-law is serious.I am going to Muscat my in-laws live there My wife is also travelling with me but then going to india but my wife is not going to India. . I have transferred H1 b and I might go for Stamping if I gets time, as my old employer visa is still valid and if I don't get time for stamping I am planning to comeback on old employer visa.

I have few doubts that I am asking you guys for help.

1. If I come back on July 2010 without stamping for new employer as my old employer stamping is still valid till 30th AUG 2010. Are they are going to ask me why didnot i go for Stamping as my Visa stamping is valid for one more month only. Is there will be any problem.

2. If I go for stamping not my wife and I get Stamped for new employer and wife have old employer stamping while coming back are they going to ask why you got stamped and not your wife is there will be any problem

3. What are the documents requried if I go for stamping for new employetr.
