COS during Covid-19 from H1 to H4
Hi everyone,
I am currently on H1b (Cap exempt) and working in a non profit health care system since past 3 years. I would like to apply for COS to get my H4EAD so, that I can work for any employer. Do you think I should do this in the current situation? And if I apply for H4 and H4 EAD, will I get approval for both together so that I can continue to work with my current employer?
PS: I have heard that currently biometric facility is close and I have not given my fingerprints in US ever.
