Need help H1B Transfer

Hi guys thanks for stoping by and help me i have some questions regarding my situation right now.
1.Company A Sponsored me with H1B and still working with them but i have an offer working with company B what should i do?
2.is it ok working with two company with H1B ?

>>> Company B should apply your H1B transfer and upon receiving the receipt notice, you can work for company B.

2.is it ok working with two company with H1B ?
>>> It's possible only if the 2nd H1B (Company B) is applied as a concurrent H1B and if it gets approved.
